On May 23, 2009 the Law on Termination of Effectiveness of the Law on the Fund for Foreign Trade Business Insurance and Financing (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Number 36/09) entered into force according to which AOFI shall take over all rights and obligations, capital and employees of the Fund.
