Agreement on Regulation of the Capital Ratio of the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro concerning the Fund for Foreign Trade Business Insurance and Financing – SMECA, whose legal successor is AOFI since May 22, 2009, was signed on December 29, 2010 by Mrs. Vesna Arsić, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Republic of Serbia and Mr. Igor Jovović, the Ambassador of Montenegro in Serbia.
